These Cornwall holiday cottages are about a 4 hour drive from London and there is good motorway access to the West Country as far as Exeter. From there the main A30 road provides a dual carriageway link to Launceston.
From Launceston, Boscastle is a short drive away via the A395 to Camelford and then along the B3266.
Boscastle is now easily accessible from London [Stansted and Gatwick] by air, with Newquay airport under an hour's drive away.
Wideacres and Old Dairy are situated near Thomas Hardy's Church at St Juliot, which is off the B3263 in a very peaceful country lane, abounding with wild flowers. A stroll down the famous Valency Valley leads you to Boscastle, 1.75 miles away.
Only an hour's drive from the M5 at Exeter, these high quality cottages are ideally situated for walking along the South West Coast Path and exploring the many picturesque villages or the ruins of nearby Tintagel Castle.
Highcliff, the highest cliff in Cornwall, is in the area, and you can watch seals swimming and basking on the rocks at Beeny. Both are within walking distance of these cosy, non-smoking rental properties - available all year for weekly lets or short breaks.
Visit Cornwall's Eden Project, the Tate Gallery (Tate St Ives), Lanhydrock House, numerous Cornish gardens, or discover Cornwall's mining heritage. Go surfing at an unspoilt sandy beach or hiking across the historic Bodmin Moor.
