This is ideal accommodation for 4 people, and all of the electricity and electric night storage heating is free of charge.

Penrose is within easy walking distance of the South-West Coastal Path, Napolean Inn, and all amenities in Boscastle village. There is off road parking for 2 cars.

On the first floor, Penrose has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with bath, power shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.

On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, the lounge / dining room, the 2nd bedroom and a shower room.

The cottage's kitchen is well equipped and fitted with a built in electric oven and hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, iron, toaster and all necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday.

The Lounge / Dining Room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, Flat Screen TV with 'Freeview' Channels and DVD/CD player. Patio doors lead to a secluded patio and garden, with garden chairs.
