An end-terrace, modern cottage situated in a small residential estate close to Forrabury Church.
This is ideal accommodation for 2 people, and all of the electricity and heating, by electric night storage heaters, is free of charge.
Penrose is within easy walking distance of the South-West Coastal Path and all amenities in Boscastle village.
There is off road parking for 1 car.
On the first floor, Penrose has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a Bathroom with bath, power shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.
On the ground floor:
- Kitchen - well equipped and fitted with electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, toaster and all necessary utensils.
- Lounge / Dining Room - with comfortable sofa and armchair, colour television, video and dvd/cd player. Patio doors lead to a secluded patio and garden, with garden chairs.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in Penrose cottage.
