Boscastle Holiday Cottage - Penrose
An end-terrace, modern cottage situated in a small residential estate close to Forrabury Church.
This is ideal accommodation for 2 people, and all of the electricity and heating, by electric night storage heaters, is free of charge (heating only costs extra should you choose to use it between May and September).
Penrose is within easy walking distance of the South-West Coastal Path and all amenities in Boscastle village.
There is off road parking for 1 car.
On the first floor, Penrose has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a Bathroom with bath, power shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.
On the ground floor, there is the kitchen and the lounge / dining room.
The cottage's kitchen is well equipped and fitted with an electric cooker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, iron, toaster and all necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday.
The Lounge / Dining Room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, Flat Screen TV with 'Freeview' Channels, video and dvd/cd player. Patio doors lead to a secluded patio and garden, with garden chairs.
Close to Penrose Cottage, The National Trust owns the Medieval Field Strips with a public footpath overlooking the fields and coastline.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in Penrose cottage.
