Tresquare Self Catering Cottage in Cornwall
Offering accommodation for up to 8 people, plus a cot, this is a spacious dormer-bungalow.
Tresquare is located about 200 yards from the coastal path, Boscastle village and the famous Cobweb Inn. The harbour can be reached along the Green Cut, a level footpath with seats and views looking down on the village.
It is delightfully set in its own large private lawned garden, in quiet rural surroundings - most rooms have beautiful countryside views. Deer and wildlife can often be seen. There is ample off road parking for 4 cars.
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1 has double bed and en-suite facilities with instant electric shower, wash-basin and toilet.
Kitchen / Dining Room - spacious and very well equipped, with ash wooden units, ample storage space, built-in double oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
All necessary utensils are provided, along with coffee maker, iron and toaster. The dining area has a teak sideboard, and table and chairs for 8 people.
Utility Room - with automatic washing machine and tumble drier.
Large Lounge - with comfortable sofa and armchairs, Widescreen TV, video, dvd/cd player, books and games, along with a Cornish stone open fireplace [log or coal fires possible].
French doors lead to the sun lounge - which in turn leads to a large south facing patio fringed with flowering shrubs. There is a garden table with chairs.
The solid teak staircase from the central hallway leads to the first floor bedrooms and the main bathroom, which has a bath, toilet and wash basin.
Also on the first floor:
- Bedroom 2 - double bed, cot and vanity wash-basin.
- Bedroom 3 - family-sized, with a double bed and two single beds.
The property is fully centrally heated.
Pets will be considered on request. Beds must be provided and pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms, nor must they be left alone in the cottage.
Smoking is not permitted in Tresquare cottage.
No Single Sex Groups - please note that Tresquare is not suitable for stag or hen parties. Family groups only please - reservations from single sex parties cannot be accepted.
