Peacefully situated on a small working farm in a country lane, this cottage is half a mile from Thomas Hardy's Church at St Juliot, yet only a mile from the S W coastpath and one and a half miles from Boscastle, which can also be reached on foot through the scenic Valency Valley.
Wideacres is a semi-detached bungalow set in a lawned garden, which is a perfect sun-trap. It has far reaching sea and country views.
There is off road parking for 2 cars.
Wideacres offers holiday accommodation for up to 4 people and includes:
- Bedroom 1 - with double bed and sea views
- Bedroom 2 - with twin beds and vanity wash-basin
- Kitchen - well equipped and fitted with electric cooker, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, iron and all necessary utensils.
- Lounge / Dining Room - includes cottage-style sofa and armchairs, an LCD digital TV with 'Freeview' channels, video, dvd and cd player along with Cornish stone fireplace to burn logs/coal. There are sea views from the window.
A cot for a baby is available on request.
The bathroom has an instant electric power shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.
There is central heating, which is free of charge in the off season.
Pets will be considered on request. Beds must be provided and pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms, nor must they be left alone in the cottage.
Smoking is not permitted in Wideacres cottage.
